What we collect
When you sign in with ChatGPT, we receive your account identifier and email and may receive your name. For email sign-in we store your verified email, a separate account identifier, short-lived sign-in link records, and a browser session. We store the name and photo you choose, the financial tracker entries you enter, and counts of the tools you open. The app does not connect to your bank, broker or wallet and does not take payments during this early release.
How we use it
We use your account identifier to keep your records separate and show them when you sign in, your email to identify your account for support requests, and tool visit counts to understand which features people use. The operator can see aggregate usage counts; the usage page does not show individual financial entries.
Storage and service providers
Tracker records are stored in the app database, and profile photos in file storage, using the hosting service and its infrastructure providers. ChatGPT handles ChatGPT sign-in; email sign-in links are delivered by an email provider when this option is enabled. Records may be processed outside the Philippines through these services. Your records remain while you use the app unless you delete them or ask us to help. Copies in service backups may take additional time to expire.
Your choices
Edit entries in the trackers and your name or photo in My profile. In Settings you can download a JSON copy of your tracker records and permanently delete your saved app data. You can download the photo separately there. You can also ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing phwealthtracker.support@gmail.com. Please write from the account email you use to sign in and do not email your financial records or passwords.
